You tube: "Monkey see, monkey do" clip

observational learning: witness others receiving rewards/punishments (family, peers, media) example: thelittle boy copies his dads every move. He mimicks him to the tee that the little boy reminds the dad to do something (when he buckles his seat belt). Kids watch and learn from seeing others wether it's good or bad behvior. The little boy in the clip probably hasn't been told it's bad so he continues to shadow his dad :)
